There was one worker who I called L Because I could not pronounce his name that was very pleasant always had a smile and respectful he worked non stop with that same smile .   I've worked with Juan Suarez and Keen Improvements twice now and they did a great job for me both times. Juan is very professional and one of the most knowledgable residential contractors I've met. He also takes a great deal of pride in his work and hires very skilled subcontractors to work with him. My second job was very complicated - involving most of the trades - and had to be started quickly. Juan was able to coordinate it all and finish it within an appropriate time frame and budget range. He worked with me on the detailing and it looks great. I am an architect with over 20 years of experience and I would recommend Keen Improvements as well as hire them again.
